Job Summary
Serving as a trusted technical partner, the full-time Senior Technical Account Manager will support Cash App Pay and Afterpay merchants across North America by leveraging technical expertise to drive growth, enhance integration performance, and ensure successful product adoption remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and act on post-sales growth opportunities within the merchant portfolio to enhance GPV and feature adoption
- Provide education and quarterly technical reviews to merchants, linking integration health to commercial performance
- Collaborate cross-functionally with various teams to deliver technical solutions that improve the merchant experience
Required qualifications
- Senior-level experience in account management or a client-facing technical role within payments, fintech, or e-commerce
- Prior hands-on technical experience in Solutions Engineering, Technical Consulting, or software development
- Solid understanding of payments infrastructure, APIs, integrations, and e-commerce platforms
- Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS, with the ability to assess and debug integration issues
- Experience managing enterprise accounts and driving commercial outcomes
