Job Summary
Supporting Cash App Pay and Afterpay merchants across North America, the full-time Senior Technical Account Manager will manage post-sales technical partnerships, leveraging product expertise and technical skills to drive merchant growth and optimize integration performance.
Key responsibilities
- Identify growth opportunities within the merchant portfolio and collaborate with Account Management to enhance feature adoption and commercial outcomes
- Provide education and quarterly technical reviews for merchants, connecting integration health to commercial performance
- Work cross-functionally with various teams to deliver technical solutions that improve the overall merchant experience
Required qualifications
- Senior-level experience in account management or a client-facing technical role within payments, fintech, or e-commerce
- Hands-on technical experience in Solutions Engineering, Partner Engineering, or software development
- Solid understanding of payments infrastructure, APIs, and e-commerce platforms
- Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS for assessing and debugging integration issues
- Experience managing enterprise accounts and driving commercial outcomes
