Job Summary

Owning complex technical relationships with Tier 1 financial services, the full-time Senior Technical Account Manager will serve as the primary technical authority for major accounts, ensuring seamless integration and compliance while proactively managing risks and operational discipline.

Key responsibilities
  • Serve as Incode's primary technical authority for Tier 1 FinServ accounts, managing architecture reviews and long-term platform strategy
  • Maintain deep knowledge of customer integration architectures and conduct production readiness assessments for new deployments
  • Lead incident response and change management processes, ensuring compliance with regulatory obligations and operational continuity
Required qualifications
  • 5+ years in a technical customer-facing role with ownership of Tier 1 enterprise accounts
  • Fluency in full-stack integration, including Web/Mobile SDK, REST/webhooks, and SQL
  • Experience with AWS architecture and multi-region deployments
  • Direct experience working with Tier 1 financial services institutions and navigating regulatory frameworks such as SOC 2 and PCI DSS
  • Proficiency in scripting and automation, with tools such as Python or Bash
