Job Summary
Acting as a strategic partner and trusted advisor to customers, the full-time remote Senior Technical Account Manager will manage onboarding, account health, and process optimization while leveraging ClickUp's platform and AI capabilities to drive customer success and measurable business outcomes.
Key responsibilities
- Lead new customer onboarding and implementation, ensuring a smooth transition and foundational success
- Monitor account health and user adoption, proactively managing engagement and identifying risks
- Collaborate with customers to optimize workflows and drive efficiency through process design and AI enablement
Required qualifications
- Deep understanding of ClickUp platform capabilities and automation logic
- Familiarity with generative AI concepts and automation frameworks
- Experience in consultative discovery and workflow analysis
