Job Summary
Serving as the primary technical liaison for clients post-implementation, the full-time Senior Technical Account Manager will manage client data integrations, oversee file workflows, and resolve technical issues while collaborating cross-functionally to enhance client outcomes in a fully remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary technical point of contact for clients, supporting ongoing engagement and relationship health
- Monitor and validate the health of client data feeds, ensuring accurate processing and timely resolution of anomalies
- Coordinate the end-to-end resolution of technical issues, facilitating collaboration across various teams to ensure client satisfaction
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, Information Systems, Business, Computer Science, or a related field preferred
- 5+ years of experience in Technical Account Management, Client Success, Healthcare Technology, Implementations, or related roles
- Strong understanding of data workflows, integrations, reporting logic, and system processes
- Experience working in cross-functional environments with Product, Data, and Operations teams
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences
