Job Summary
Supporting Cash App Pay and Afterpay merchants across North America, the full-time Senior Technical Account Manager will act as a trusted technical partner, leveraging deep product expertise to drive growth, manage integration issues, and enhance merchant performance in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and act on post-sales growth opportunities within the merchant portfolio to enhance GPV and feature adoption
- Provide education on Cash App Pay and Afterpay features and conduct quarterly technical reviews linking integration health to commercial performance
- Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver technical and operational solutions that improve the merchant experience and facilitate product adoption
Required qualifications
- Senior-level experience in account management or a client-facing technical role within payments, fintech, or e-commerce
- Hands-on technical experience in Solutions Engineering, Partner Engineering, or software development
- Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS, with the ability to assess and debug integration issues
- Solid understanding of payments infrastructure, APIs, and e-commerce platforms
- Experience engaging with C-suite and VP-level stakeholders, translating technical insights into business-relevant recommendations
