Job Summary

Serving as a trusted technical partner, the full-time Senior Technical Account Manager will support Cash App Pay and Afterpay merchants across North America by managing post-sales growth opportunities, providing technical solutions, and ensuring merchants effectively leverage platform capabilities.

Key responsibilities
  • Identify and act on post-sales growth opportunities to enhance merchant performance and feature adoption
  • Educate merchants and internal teams on Cash App Pay and Afterpay features, delivering quarterly technical reviews
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to provide technical solutions that improve the overall merchant experience
Required qualifications
  • Senior-level experience in account management, customer success, or a client-facing technical role within payments, fintech, or e-commerce
  • Prior hands-on technical experience in Solutions Engineering, Partner Engineering, or software development
  • Solid understanding of payments infrastructure, APIs, integrations, and e-commerce platforms
  • Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS, with the ability to assess and debug integration issues
  • Experience managing and growing enterprise accounts, including identifying expansion opportunities
