Senior Technical Account Manager

Job Summary

Owning and growing publisher relationships across Japan, the full-time remote Senior Technical Account Manager will drive revenue growth, optimize performance, and ensure operational excellence for Verve's Supply-Side Platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and drive publisher revenue growth for Japan-based accounts across Verve Performance+ and Verve Branding+ Platforms
• Build and maintain strong relationships with publishers, acting as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and improve product performance, while leveraging data analysis for optimization strategies

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in SSP/AdTech account management or technical account management
• Strong understanding of the programmatic ecosystem, mediation, header bidding, and SDK integrations
• Proven experience managing publisher relationships and driving revenue growth
• Native in Japanese and business-fluent in English (written and verbal)
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field
