Senior Technical Accountant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Technical Accountant to manage technical accounting tasks and oversee financial processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and review monthly reconciliations for various accounts, including cash, inventory, and leases
• Ensure compliance with ASC 842 accounting for leases and maintain accurate lease records
• Research technical accounting issues and assist with audit preparation and financial statement preparation

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting
• 3 to 4 years of accounting experience or 2 to 3 years in public accounting
• Proficient in ASC 842 and ASC 606
• Preferred CPA or pursuing CPA
• Preferred experience with NetSuite and lease software, Occupier
