Senior Technical Accountant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Technical Accountant - Financial Reporting and Equity Administration.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and review SEC filings and financial statements, ensuring compliance with GAAP and SEC guidelines
• Oversee equity compensation accounting and administration, including stock-based compensation programs
• Coordinate with external auditors and drive continuous improvement in accounting procedures and reporting automation

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or related area; Master's or CPA preferred
• Strong understanding of GAAP and relevant accounting standards
• Three to five years of healthcare experience preferred
• Experience with Workiva, Workday, and Shareworks is a plus
• Ability to perform complex accounting analyses and meet deadlines
