Senior Technical Accountant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Technical Accountant.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing external reporting filings, including financial statements and disclosures
• Coordinate the quarterly financial close and audit process to ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP
• Research and document new GAAP and disclosure matters, and monitor changes in the accounting environment

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting required
• CPA candidate eligibility required (CPA preferred)
• 5+ years of financial accounting experience in public accounting or publicly traded companies
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and SEC regulations
• Experience in the fintech or technology industry is a plus
