Senior Technical Accountant

Job Summary

Thriving in a fast-paced environment, the full-time Senior Technical Accountant will manage complex journal entries, financial reporting processes, and compliance with U.S. GAAP while working remotely during PST hours.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the preparation and review of complex journal entries, reconciliations, and supporting schedules
• Analyze financial results, investigate variances, and provide meaningful insights for decision-making
• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual close activities, including financial reporting requirements

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or equivalent experience
• 4-7 years of accounting experience in public accounting, corporate accounting, or a combination of both
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and financial reporting requirements
• Experience preparing and reviewing reconciliations, journal entries, and accounting analyses
• CPA certification or progress toward CPA preferred
