Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Technical ACO Data Analyst to support Medicare Value-Based Care Programs analytics.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as VBC Analytics Subject Matter Expert and develop analytics solutions for ACOs
• Provide insights to ACO leadership and perform ad-hoc analyses to support decision-making
• Engage stakeholders to understand needs and foster relationships within a matrix environment

Required Qualifications

• Experience in Value-Based Care (VBC) and Accountable Care Organizations (ACOs)
• Proficient in healthcare analytics, including financial and clinical metrics
• Knowledgeable in healthcare data, claims, and EMR systems
• Skilled in analytics tools such as SAS EG, Visual Analytics, SQL, and Excel
• Must comply with HIPAA rules and regulations
