Senior Technical Advisor

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Technical Advisor for the Guatemala Border, Security, and Information Management Project.

Key Responsibilities

• Advise on project implementation strategies related to law enforcement and border management
• Draft and review technical deliverables, including work plans and training curricula
• Facilitate coordination with U.S. agencies and prepare materials for high-level meetings

Required Qualifications

• Fluency in English and Spanish (professional proficiency required)
• Minimum 15 years of experience in law enforcement or homeland security
• Prior experience with U.S. government agencies such as DHS or FBI preferred
• Experience in Central America or Latin America, particularly Guatemala, required
• Strong understanding of migration, policing, and investigative processes
