Senior Technical Advisor

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Technical Advisor/Delivery Manager to manage software release delivery in support of the Department of Veterans Affairs' Office of Information and Technology.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead business increment planning, technical delivery, and cross-functional coordination
• Manage technology development across teams to ensure consistent delivery
• Identify and manage risks, issues, and dependencies while improving value stream performance

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 15 years of relevant experience or equivalent
• Experience supporting federal IT programs, preferably within VA OIT
• Strong understanding of system architecture and integration points
• Proficiency with Agile methodologies and project management practices
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Suitability for Public Trust clearance
