Senior Technical AI Consultant

Job Summary

Leading the design and delivery of end-to-end AI solutions for complex global customers, the full-time Senior Technical AI Practice Delivery Consultant will work remotely to architect integrations, advise stakeholders, and ensure the performance and security of AI deployments.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect end-to-end AI solutions, including data flows and integration patterns across the Workday ecosystem
• Act as a trusted technical advisor, translating AI architecture choices into business value and digital transformation roadmaps
• Lead technical delivery for AI workstreams, overseeing configuration, integrations, and privacy controls within the Workday environment

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in enterprise software implementation and technical architecture
• 1+ years of hands-on experience with enterprise AI/ML or intelligent automation deployments
• Strong background in technical architecture, including designing data flows and integration patterns
• Deep familiarity with the Workday ecosystem or equivalent experience with similar enterprise platforms
• Experience in professional services or consulting, leading technical delivery for high-stakes customer programs
