Job Summary

A company is looking for a Tech Analyst to support technical documentation and API functionality.

Key Responsibilities

• Create comprehensive documentation for APIs, detailing their functionality and relationships
• Gather requirements from technical teams to organize institutional knowledge
• Act as a liaison between engineering, product, marketing, and business stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• Extensive experience with APIs and a strong background in Business Systems Analyst or Technical Analyst roles
• Mandatory code literacy to understand and interpret code functionality
• Comfort working within existing systems
• Previous experience as a developer transitioning into an analyst role is preferred
• Experience in the Fintech domain, particularly with payments APIs, is a plus
