Senior Technical Analyst

Job Summary

To support technical solutions for business needs, the fully remote Senior Technical Analyst will translate business requirements into technical designs, write and maintain high-quality code, and mentor junior engineers while ensuring alignment with architectural guidelines.

Key responsibilities

• Translating business requirements into clear technical artifacts and designs
• Writing, optimizing, and maintaining T-SQL queries and server applications using languages like Java and C++
• Providing leadership and mentorship to junior engineers, conducting code reviews, and ensuring adherence to technical standards

Required qualifications

• BS in Business, MIS, Computer Science, or a related field with programming coursework
• 5+ years of experience in client-facing requirement and solution design sessions
• Strong proficiency in SQL (T-SQL, PL/SQL, or equivalent) and object-oriented programming principles
• Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain complex SQL queries and object-oriented applications
• Familiarity with software development methodologies, including Agile/Scrum or RUP
