Senior Technical Analyst

Job Summary

Working remotely on a contract basis, the Senior Technical Analyst will support order management systems by acting as a liaison between business stakeholders and IT, ensuring data integrity and system alignment while utilizing SQL for data analysis.

Key responsibilities

• Provide support for software-as-a-service (SaaS) and enterprise-wide applications
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications and ensure system alignment
• Perform data analysis and troubleshooting related to customer and product information within the order management system

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology, or a minimum of seven years of relevant experience
• At least four years of experience in enterprise-wide software support with a focus on order-to-cash or order management processes
• Proficiency in reading and running SQL queries
• Experience with data analysis, system monitoring, and troubleshooting
• Knowledge of software development methodologies and SaaS platforms
