Senior Technical Analyst
Job Summary
To support enterprise infrastructure operations and automation initiatives, the contract Senior Technical Analyst will work remotely, focusing on developing infrastructure automation solutions, administering Linux and Windows environments, and leading data centre transformation efforts.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and enhance automation solutions using Ansible, collaborating with teams to implement automation opportunities
- Administer Red Hat Linux and Windows Server environments, managing patching, upgrades, and troubleshooting complex incidents
- Lead technical discovery sessions and develop documentation to support infrastructure changes and modernization initiatives
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience supporting enterprise IT infrastructure environments
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with Ansible automation solutions
- 5+ years of experience administering Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) environments
- Strong experience with Windows Server administration and Microsoft infrastructure technologies
- Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex infrastructure issues
