Senior Technical Analyst
Job Summary
Working remotely on a full-time basis, the Senior Technical Analyst will manage service delivery and project deliverables within the global infrastructure environment, identifying gaps and leading improvement efforts as a subject matter expert in key technologies.
Key responsibilities
- Support ongoing medium to high complexity maintenance and incident service requests within the assigned global infrastructure area
- Provide solutions for both run-the-business and project efforts of medium to high complexity
- Assist with gathering requirements and implementing solutions to meet project needs while serving as a project resource on application and infrastructure projects
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent
- Five or more years of experience in Information Technology or a related area
- Experience with database administration, server management, and network technologies
- Relevant industry-related certifications preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing requirements
