Senior Technical Analyst
Job Summary
Delivering complex system and data analysis, the full-time Senior Technical Analyst will implement tools and technology, manage systems, and collaborate with cross-departmental teams in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and analyze gaps in software programs, applications, and business systems
- Collaborate with internal and external partners to drive data collection and validation activities
- Implement new technologies and evaluate services to enhance organizational efficiency
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or 5 additional years of relevant work experience
- 5 years of relevant experience in system or technical analysis
- Experience with Medicare/Medicaid LOBs and FACETS G6 Configuration preferred
- Knowledge of application development and business analysis methods
- Strong understanding of the Healthcare Payor Industry, including Enrollment, Billing, and Claims
