Senior Technical Analyst
Job Summary
To enhance organizational efficiency, the full-time Senior Technical Analyst will deliver complex system and data analysis, implement new technologies, and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and document complex system analysis on software programs, applications, and business systems
- Collaborate with internal and external teams to drive data collection and validation activities
- Implement new technologies and evaluate services to support organizational goals
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or 5 additional years of relevant work experience
- 5 years of relevant experience in system or technical analysis
- Expertise in Medicare/Medicaid LOBs with FACETS G6 Configuration and Elements Suite products
- Knowledge of application development, data architecture, and business systems processes
- Experience in the Healthcare Payor Industry, including Enrollment, Billing, and Claims activities
