Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Technical Analyst, SuccessFactors Core HCM & Talent.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary expert and escalation point for SAP SuccessFactors, focusing on Employee Central, Recruiting, and Onboarding
  • Design, configure, and enhance SuccessFactors solutions to support HR and Talent processes
  • Partner closely with HR, Recruiting, Payroll, Workforce Management, and IT teams to deliver integrated solutions
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • Extensive hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors, particularly in Employee Central, Recruiting, and Onboarding
  • Demonstrated ability to function as an expert-level internal consultant and senior technical resource
  • Experience supporting additional SuccessFactors modules such as Benefits, Performance, Development, and Succession is strongly preferred
  • SAP SuccessFactors certifications in Employee Central, Recruiting, or Onboarding are strongly preferred
