Job Summary
To support a dynamic and growth-oriented team, the full-time Senior Technical and Business Recruiter will manage full lifecycle recruiting for both technical and business roles, utilizing AI-enabled tools and data-driven strategies in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Build and execute tailored, AI-assisted sourcing strategies to identify and engage passive candidates across technical and business disciplines
- Serve as a credible business partner to technical and business leaders, providing market intelligence and managing expectations throughout the hiring process
- Own the candidate experience end-to-end, ensuring high-quality communication and assessment throughout the recruitment journey
Required qualifications
- 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, specifically supporting engineering and product teams
- Proven track record of engaging and closing passive candidates in competitive technical markets
- Fluency with AI-enabled sourcing tools and workflows
- Strong business acumen with the ability to build credibility across various functional areas
- BA/BS or equivalent experience; proficiency with Ashby (ATS) or similar modern recruiting platforms
