Senior Technical Architect

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Architect Emerging Technologies - Senior.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect and deliver scalable, cloud-native, and SaaS-based solutions for next-generation BSS platforms
• Lead the integration of AI and machine learning technologies for workflow automation and customer experience enhancement
• Define and execute modernization roadmaps, ensuring adherence to architecture standards and governance frameworks

Required Qualifications

• Preferred Master of Science degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Applied Science, Electrical Engineering, or Math; or equivalent experience
• 8+ years of solution architecture experience, particularly in large-scale BSS within telecommunications or similar industries
• Proven expertise in architecting cloud-native, microservices, and SaaS solutions (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Hands-on experience integrating AI/ML models into enterprise systems
• Familiarity with TM Forum Open APIs, eTOM, SID, or similar industry standards is preferred
