Senior Technical Architect

Job Summary

Experienced in supply chain solutions, the full-time Senior Technical Architect will support complex integration programs, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and drive the adoption of AI-driven initiatives while working remotely or from Dallas.

Key responsibilities

• Support complex integration programs across the Blue Yonder solution space, focusing on Planning and Execution
• Guide Professional Services during initial implementations, ensuring scalable integration approaches and sound design decisions
• Design and develop reusable artifacts to improve implementation timelines and quality, while contributing to automation tools

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in implementing or supporting enterprise Supply Chain solutions
• Strong understanding of integration patterns, APIs, and end-to-end business processes in Supply Chain
• Familiarity with Blue Yonder Platform & Services is a strong advantage
• Experience with coding or scripting (e.g., Python) and AI-Agents/LLM Frameworks is a plus
• Business-level English proficiency, both spoken and written
