Senior Technical Architect

Job Summary

Leading the design and governance of Zuora Billing solutions, the full-time Senior Technical Architect will work remotely to create scalable architectures that support subscription and usage-based monetization models while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure operational stability and billing accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end solution architecture for Zuora Billing, including subscription lifecycle management and billing operations
• Design and govern Zuora solutions that ensure scalability and maintainability across various billing models
• Architect and optimize Zuora Workflows, ensuring effective error handling and operational controls

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in solution architecture or enterprise applications, particularly with billing systems
• Deep hands-on experience with Zuora Billing in complex enterprise environments
• Extensive experience designing and supporting Zuora Workflows, including orchestration and monitoring
• Strong understanding of subscription billing concepts and integration with platforms like Salesforce and Workday
• Proven ability to translate complex business needs into scalable architecture and lead design reviews
