Job Summary
To support initiatives in higher education, the Senior Technical Assistance Consultant will lead strategic projects focused on community colleges and workforce development, working remotely in a full-time capacity to enhance outcomes for underserved student populations.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead cross-sector technical assistance efforts to improve alignment among postsecondary education institutions and workforce systems
- Serve as a subject matter expert on work-based learning, developing resources and maintaining connections within the higher education community
- Conduct policy and program analysis to inform improvements in postsecondary education and workforce systems
Required qualifications:
- Ph.D. with 3 years, Master's with 7 years, or Bachelor's with 9 years of relevant experience in a related field
- Experience delivering technical assistance to public agencies, nonprofit organizations, or higher education institutions
- Proven project management experience and ability to lead cross-functional teams
- Demonstrated knowledge of postsecondary education and workforce development, particularly in community college settings
- Established networks within higher education and workforce development fields
