Senior Technical Business Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Technical Business Analyst to join their product team and support healthcare payment initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Product Managers to gather and document business and technical requirements
• Write user stories, workflows, data mappings, and API specifications while ensuring traceability from business needs to system requirements
• Support UAT, triage issues, and facilitate proper handoffs to delivery and support teams

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Product Analyst in a software development environment
• Strong technical fluency with understanding of APIs, data flows, and system interactions
• Experience in healthcare, fintech, or other regulated domains is preferred
• Familiarity with agile development methodologies and tools like Jira/Confluence
• Experience working remotely with distributed teams
