Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Technical Business Analyst (Software Enhancements).

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with internal teams and clients to understand business requests and underlying needs
• Translate needs into well-structured, actionable requirements for development teams
• Collaborate with developers, QA, and Software Product Owners to guide feature development from concept to delivery

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience gathering and documenting business, functional, and technical requirements for software features or enhancements
• Proven ability to think through system behaviors, workflows, and business logic
• Experience working with software development teams, QA, and cross-functional stakeholders
• Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, and MS Word/Excel
• Background in SaaS, fintech, insurance, or financial services is a plus
