Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in business analysis, business administration, finance, or related field
• Three to five years of Business Analyst experience
• Proven experience with business and technical requirements analysis and methodology development
• Expertise with SQL queries and data analysis tools, preferably Databricks
• Experience in project management and working in an agile environment
