Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Technical Business Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle of Technical Business Analysis from planning and design to deployment and optimization
• Bridge the gap between financial services and technical solutions, ensuring compliance with requirements and efficient document governance
• Prepare regulatory packages, including closure narratives and traceability matrices, and align all artifacts in the document management system

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in economics, Finance, or Business
• 5+ years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst in Banking or Financial Services
• Strong experience in preparing Banking regulatory packages and translating SWIFT standards into system requirements
• Deep expertise in Exception & Investigation workflows, payment troubleshooting, and knowledge of MT and ISO 20022 MX message formats
• Technical proficiency with SWIFT Alliance products and familiarity with Python and SQL preferred
