Senior Technical Business Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Technical Business Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the creation of detailed requirement artifacts, including User Stories and Process Diagrams
• Serve as the primary contact for communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Oversee testing efforts to ensure solutions meet business expectations and provide mentorship to junior staff

Required Qualifications

• BS or BA in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience
• Minimum of five years of experience in a product owner, business analyst, or similar role
• Strong SQL skills are required
• Experience with the healthcare industry and Databricks preferred
• Knowledge of project management methodologies such as Agile or Scrum preferred
