Senior Technical Business Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Technical Business Analyst - Federal T&E SME.

Key Responsibilities

• Define travel and expense services requirements and performance metrics based on Federal policies and standards
• Develop and maintain T&E business modeling, process modeling, and service configuration design documents
• Conduct assessments of current and future state needs, providing corrective actions and supporting evaluations and test scenarios

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in defining T&E services requirements and performance metrics
• Knowledge of travel and expense software solutions such as SAP Concur
• FTR/JTR Subject Matter Expert with TMC background
• Strong Agile Project Management skills and experience with requirements management tools like Jira
• Bachelor's Degree required; PMP, CSM, ITIL, or SAFe certifications preferred
