Senior Technical Business Analyst

Job Summary

Leading the delivery of BI & Analytics solutions, the full-time Senior Technical Business Analyst will partner with stakeholder teams and engineers to manage agile sprints, prioritize high-value projects, and communicate progress in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and own agile sprints, including backlog grooming and leading standups
• Identify and plan BI and data product solutions while ensuring smooth project delivery
• Build strong relationships with business units and technical teams to facilitate effective communication and collaboration

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in an Agile environment, ideally in BI Scrum Master or BI Delivery Lead roles
• Scrum certification or equivalent experience leading scrum ceremonies
• Bachelor's degree in a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Proficiency with MS Office tools (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Understanding of BI concepts and the development lifecycle
