Senior Technical Business Analyst

Job Summary

Bridging business needs and technical solutions, the full-time remote Senior Technical Business Analyst will provide analytical oversight and support for cybersecurity audit, reporting, and information technology operations while driving enterprise-wide improvements across data and collaboration platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and monitor project performance against the Contractor Project Management Plan (CPMP), providing monthly progress reporting and performance metrics
• Coordinate stakeholder communications, project deliverables, and assist in the collection, validation, and analysis of operational and audit data
• Support user acceptance testing, requirements gathering for SharePoint enhancements, and manage business and functional requirements

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in business, information technology, or a related field
• 10 years of business and technical analysis experience
• Excellent experience with project planning, scheduling, and deliverable management
• Knowledge of cybersecurity audit and compliance
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications and familiarity with Power BI and Power Platform preferred
