Senior Technical Business Analyst

Job Summary

Leading the delivery of BI & Analytics solutions, the full-time Senior Technical Business Analyst will manage agile sprints, prioritize high-value projects, and collaborate with stakeholders and development teams in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own and manage agile sprints, including backlog grooming and coordinating solutions with stakeholders
• Communicate progress to stakeholders, identify team challenges, and prioritize BI projects
• Build and manage the product backlog and delivery roadmap for BI and data product solutions

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in an Agile environment, ideally in BI Scrum Master or BI Delivery Lead roles
• Scrum certification or equivalent experience leading scrum ceremonies
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Understanding of BI concepts and development lifecycle
• Experience with agile planning tools, preferably Azure DevOps
