Senior Technical Business Analyst

Job Summary

As a strategic leader within the Engineering/Product team, the full-time Senior Technical Business Analyst will drive organizational success by bridging business objectives with technical solutions, managing a team of analysts, and collaborating with stakeholders to define project scopes and enhance business processes in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead strategic conversations with business and engineering teams to enhance processes and define high-impact initiatives
• Manage, mentor, and guide junior business analysts to align team efforts with organizational goals
• Drive project planning and monitoring to ensure timely and high-quality project delivery

Required Qualifications:

• 6+ years of professional experience as a business analyst, with at least 2 years in a senior or leadership role in fintech or financial services
• Demonstrated experience in managing and mentoring teams
• Deep understanding of financial products and regulatory landscapes in the fintech industry
• Strong hands-on experience with complex SQL queries and dbt model development
• Experience with data warehouses and modern analytics platforms such as Snowflake or BigQuery
