Senior Technical Business Analyst

Job Summary

Leading the delivery of BI & Analytics solutions, the full-time remote Senior Technical Business Analyst will manage agile sprints, prioritize high-value projects, and communicate progress to stakeholders while partnering with development teams to ensure successful implementation of data products.

Key responsibilities

• Manage agile sprints, including backlog grooming, standups, and solution coordination with stakeholders and development teams
• Communicate project progress, identify challenges, and prioritize BI projects to deliver high-impact solutions
• Maintain strong relationships across business units and serve as a trusted partner in BI and data product development

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in an Agile environment, ideally in BI Scrum Master or BI Delivery Lead roles
• Scrum certification or equivalent experience leading scrum ceremonies
• Experience with agile planning tools, preferably Azure DevOps
• Proficiency with MS Office tools (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
