Senior Technical Business Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting and enhancing technology solutions for Health Plan operations, the full-time Senior Technical Business Analyst will work in a hybrid environment, collaborating with business and technical partners to deliver effective solutions, resolve complex technical issues, and contribute to system integrations and documentation.

Key responsibilities:

• Analyzes functional and technical requirements, preparing system designs and specifications
• Diagnoses system failures, coordinates issue resolution, and recommends preventive actions
• Manages large team projects and coordinates resources for enterprise initiatives

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Six years of IT analysis and technical design experience
• Three years of project management experience
• Two years of experience with Oracle technologies or Microsoft SQL Server
• Two or more years of experience working in an Agile environment using related tools
