Senior Technical Business Analyst
Job Summary
Working fully remote, the Senior Technical Business Analyst will gather and document system/business requirements, facilitate design and development of software solutions, and assist with testing processes while managing stakeholder relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage stakeholder engagement, requirement elicitation, and prepare functional specifications using user stories and use cases
- Translate unique business needs into functional specifications and assist in maintaining project schedules and status reports
- Facilitate requirements gathering through various techniques and support customer meetings to understand business practices and needs
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or related discipline preferred
- Three or more years of experience as a Business Analyst and Tester in Information Technology
- Experience facilitating meetings with business owners and technical leads
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and formal software development life cycle processes
- Familiarity with JIRA and experience developing technical requirements and user stories
