Senior Technical Business Systems Analyst
Job Summary
To serve as a deep technical bridge between product strategy and engineering execution, the full-time Senior Technical Business Systems Analyst will author detailed technical specifications, perform data analysis, and collaborate with engineering teams in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Author detailed technical specifications including functional and non-functional requirements, data models, and API contracts
- Write prototypes and scripts to validate assumptions and accelerate decision-making
- Define test strategies and lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) efforts while mentoring junior BSAs
Required qualifications
- Ability to read, understand, and write code
- 3+ years of experience in business systems analysis or a related field with hands-on technical contributions
- Experience in large-scale enterprise projects
- Strong background in data analysis and insight generation
- BS preferred in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience
