Senior Technical CMC Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Technical & CMC Lead.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead diverse protein projects across the network with minimal oversight and maintain clear communication with collaborators
• Manage matrix teams to implement customer projects with outstanding CMC outcomes
• Provide subject matter expertise in upstream, downstream, or analytics and present technical findings to external customers

Key Requirements:

• A degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field of Science; an MSc in Biopharmaceuticals is preferred
• Over 20 years of industry experience, including 10+ years in program management
• Proven analytical expertise in numerous analytical techniques
• Strong team orientation and ability to lead cross-functional teams
• Significant 'Gravitas' encompassing confidence, credibility, and decisiveness
