Job Summary
Providing leadership and strategic direction, the fully remote Senior Technical Compliance Manager will oversee product compliance programs, manage a team of certification engineers and compliance professionals, and collaborate with stakeholders to drive organizational compliance objectives.
Key responsibilities
- Lead a team supporting global certification initiatives and ensure alignment with regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to establish compliance strategies and manage project priorities
- Serve as a subject matter expert on compliance and regulatory matters, supporting audits and customer engagements
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or a related field
- 10+ years of technical leadership experience in compliance, certification, or regulatory affairs
- Proven experience managing and mentoring technical teams
- Strong understanding of regulatory compliance frameworks and certification processes
- Excellent leadership and strategic planning skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams
