Key Responsibilities

Lead and develop workshops, documentation, user stories, and demos
Configure Employee Center and Portal with a focus on UX design
Provide support and consultancy for ServiceNow implementations

Required Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years of experience with ServiceNow
Experience with CIS - HRSD is essential
Certification in CSA and CAD is essential
Proven capability in development and configuration
