Key Responsibilities

• Analyze client business needs related to High Value Payments and Wire Transfers, recommending appropriate solutions
• Provide technical expertise in High Value Wire operations and support for wire payment systems
• Lead customers through implementation and adoption of payment solutions, ensuring compliance with best practices

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in the Payments industry
• Hands-on experience supporting High Value Wires operations
• Solid understanding of High Value Payments and operational support in critical environments
• Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues in consulting roles
