Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Technical Consultant (ITAM/HAM-ServiceNow) to manage hardware asset lifecycle on the ServiceNow platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and operate the hardware asset lifecycle on the ServiceNow platform
• Ensure accurate inventory, cost transparency, and risk reduction for hardware assets
• Collaborate with IT operations, procurement, finance, and security to standardize models and automate workflows

Required Qualifications

• Previous experience in a similar Senior Technical Consultant role
• Extensive experience with ServiceNow, particularly in Hardware Asset Management
• Relevant certifications in ITAM and ServiceNow
• Hands-on expertise in managing hardware asset lifecycles
• Strong understanding of ITAM/ITSM capabilities
