Senior Technical Consultant

Job Summary

Serving as the primary liaison for technical inquiries, the full-time remote Senior Technical Consultant will manage client relationships, devise solutions for technical challenges, and create supporting documentation while collaborating with sales and engineering teams.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the professional source for integration throughout project implementation, including pre-sales, sales, and post-sale support for clients
• Work with clients and partners to solve technical challenges related to their unique environments and requirements
• Lead improvements in sales and engineering processes by creating documentation, whitepapers, and other supporting materials for internal and client use

Required qualifications

• 4+ years of Workday technical integrations experience
• Experience with configuration tools and ability to fulfill technical tasks
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret client business needs into operational requirements
• Certified or able to certify in Workday Integrations
• Demonstrated ability to manage projects from inception and collaborate with cross-company stakeholders
