Senior Technical Consultant

Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Senior Technical Consultant will manage and execute customer implementations and projects, serving as a technical subject matter expert on various SaaS technologies while supporting AI initiatives within the sales engagement platform.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and execute implementations and projects for customers
• Conduct detailed discovery sessions to translate CRM usage into Outreach integration functionality
• Act as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to drive project success

Required qualifications

• 4-5 years of experience in a SaaS consulting role, with at least 2 years in a technical or support capacity
• Demonstrated ability to master new technologies and enact creative technical testing and troubleshooting processes
• Experience in collaborating with enterprise-level customers to solve complex integration problems
• Ability to communicate complex technical topics in an accessible manner for non-technical stakeholders
• Familiarity with AI-enabled technologies and experience configuring or supporting AI functionality
